Italians.Cooking is a hands-on cooking class in Sorrento Coast, a fantastic way to discover Italy's unique culinary heritage.
Everybody knows that southern Italy is rich in traditional recipes cooked with local products, such as fish from our blue sea or vegetables like zucchini, aubergines or peppers that, according to the season, you can harvest from our 100% organic garden. So during the lesson, you will have the chance to discover the secrets of Neapolitan Cuisine through its recipes. You will also prepare the famous "Gnocchi alla sorrentina", "Parmigiana di Melanzane", "Ravioli alla caprese" and more...
Our main goal is to bring people together in the kitchen to teach them the real neapolitan cuisine and to give them memories that will last forever.
